¶6On the other hand learned AGA have not disputed that other six co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail and the trial has already been commenced.

¶7Mr. Lalit Sharma, learned counsel for the victim submits that the allegations are very serious in nature and not only this, the applicant and other co-accused are indulged in such activities in other States also and this is an organized crime as such the offence punishable under Section 111 of the BNS, 2023 is made out, however, he has also not disputed that other co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail and the trial has already been commenced.

accused person have already been enlarged on bail by the trial court and this fact has not been disputed by learned AGA as well as by learned counsel for the victim and furthermore the present applicant is languishing in jail since more than 9 months and trial has already been commenced, therefore, this Court is of the view that applicant deserves for bail.
