Thereafter, the petitioner was appointed in the post of Assistant Professor and after tendering technical resignation, the petitioner joined in the post of Assistant Professor on 14.12.2018.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. JUDGE
