Mr. S. Kaminikumar, learned CGC appearing on behalf of respondent No. 3. [2]

The present writ petition pertains to claim of compensation by the writ petitioner for the land acquired by the Government. It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner will be satisfied if the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to consider the said representation submitted by the petitioner on its own merit and strictly in terms of the applicable Acts and Rules and to dispose of the same by issuing a speaking order within a stipulated period.
