The present application had been filed for allowing impleadment of the present applicant i.e., Sorenshangbam Brojen Singh as respondent No. 8 in the connected WP(C) No. 826 of 2023.

The counsel appearing for the contesting parties submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present impleadment application.

In view of the submission made above, the present application is allowed.
