¶2Also heard Mr. B. Khyriem, learned counsel vice Mr. K. Paul, learned senior counsel for the applicants/respondents No. 4-10 in WPC No. 426 of 2023, who has submitted that these applications have been preferred before this Court for striking off the names of the said applicants/respondents No. 4, 5, 7-10 in WPC No. 426 of 2023 on the ground that they are not connected or are necessary parties as far as the impugned order No. DC/XXVII/Genl/PF/45-2022-2023/20 dated Shillong the 30th May, 2023 passed by the Executive Committee, Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council, Shillong is concerned.
