¶2The petitioner had lodged a complaint with the second respondent, who registered an FIR in Crime No.109 of 2025 under the category "Woman Missing."
¶3The matter came up before us on 10.11.2025, when we were informed that the respondents had secured the petitioner's daughter. However, the petitioner was not present on that day, and the matter was, therefore, adjourned to today.
¶4Today, the petitioner is also present. ¶5We have now received the Mediation Report, and we place on record our appreciation for the Mediators, Mr.A.Haja Mohideen and Ms.P.Kalaiyarasi Bharathi, before whom the parties appeared and amicably settled all the issues. ¶6We had independently called the petitioner and informed her about the nature of the settlement reached, and she has also agreed to the same. We fervently hope that the relationship between the petitioner and her daughter will mend in the future and that both families will lead a peaceful life.
