¶2The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is eligible to be added in the panel, however, by referring to the punishment, which was imposed on him on 12.12.2024, he was not added in the panel. According to him, the order of punishment has been imposed against him in an erroneous manner, against which, he has preferred an appeal and the same is pending for a long period. He further submits that the currency of punishment was over as on 12.12.2025, ie. on the date of panel and therefore, he is eligible to be added in the panel, however, he was not added in the panel. The petitioner further claims that he has also raised his objection. However, the objection has been raised beyond the period of time. The petitioner also justified that the panel has been circulated only on 24.12.2025 and therefore, he has submitted his objection on 27.12.2025.

¶6Be that as it may, the respondents shall consider the objection of the petitioner and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
