¶2The case of the prosecution is that it is a case of property dispute between the family members owing to which, the de-facto complainant was thrown out from the home. Hence, the complaint.
¶3The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
¶4The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that offences are grave in nature, there is a property dispute and the investigation is still pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready, before the Judicial Magistrate VI, Coimbatore, on condition that the petitioners shall execute separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that: [a] the petitioners shall report before the respondent on every Saturday for a period of four weeks. [b] the petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; [c] the petitioners shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court; [d] the petitioners shall not abscond either during investigation or trial. [e] On breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the learned Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioners in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioners released on bail by the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005)AIR SCW 5560]. [f] If the accused thereafter abscond, a fresh FIR can be registered under Section 269 B.N.S.2023.
