He further submitted that A1 and A2 were already released on bail and the petitioner was arrested and still in judicial custody since 24.07.2026 and the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the Petitioner.

There are three similar nature of previous cases pending against this petitioner. The contraband were recovered from the petitioner. However, he opposed the grant of bail to the Petitioner.

¶6Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent and the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, and that the petitioner was arrested only on 24.07.2026, this Court does not find it a fit case to exercise its discretionary jurisdiction to enlarge the petitioner on bail since there is possibility of this petitioner absconding and indulging in similar kind of offences, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
