ORDER The Petition is filed to condone the delay of 1170 days in representing the above SA,SRNo.61406 of 2023.

¶2Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and perused the material available in the record.

¶3On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions and the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to costs. Page4 of 5

¶4The petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Service Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such payment, the delay of 1170 days in representing the above SA.Sr.No61406 of 2023, stands condoned.

¶5Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petitions are allowed.
