O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings made in the previous listing on 25.032025, which reads as follows: 'W.P. No.25245 of 2021 Page Nos.2/5 W.M.P. No.26628 of 2021 M.SUNDAR,J., K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.) Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for all four respondents is before this Court and learned State counsel is ready to advance arguments but there is no representation for writ petitioner either in physical Court or on VC (video conferencing) platform. To be noted, this is a hybrid hearing, which is a regular/routine/daily feature in this Court. Therefore, with the intention of giving opportunity to writ petitioner and learned counsel for writ petitioner, list this matter again on 26.03.2025 but under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL' .'

¶2Pursuant to the aforementioned proceedings, captioned matter is listed today under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL'.

¶3The position is no different today. In other words, Mr.M.Arasakumar, learned Government Advocate for respondents is before us in the physical Court. There is no representation for the writ petitioner Page Nos.3/5 either in the physical Court or on the 'VC' ['Videoconferencing'] platform. To be noted, this is a hybrid hearing, which is a regular/routine/ daily feature in this Court.
