Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2024.

¶2The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner had filed a representation dated 17.12.2024 for issuance of No Objection certificate and credential certificate to the petitioner-society. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition.

¶3In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that in order to issue No Objection Certificate, there is a prescribed format as mentioned in the Co-operative Department Circular dated

15.10.2025. He had also produced a copy of the said circular before this Court. Hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. Page3 of 5

¶4Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record.

¶5In view of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to file a fresh representation in a proper format as prescribed in Co-operative Department Circular dated 15.10.2025 before the respondents 1 & 2. In such case, the respondents 1 & 2 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of said representation.
