Judgment

O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 8 herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2026 to provide and establish a proper and usable alternate access road to the petitioner's lands bearing Plot Nos.17 and 18 situated in NABARD Nagar, Nanmangalam, comprised in Survey Nos.204/3 and 204/4, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

¶2The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the lands bearing Plot Nos.17 and 18 situated in CMDA-approved layout known as NABARD Nagar, Nanmangalam, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu. Due to development activities, all access roads to the petitioner's lands have been blocked. Thereby, the petitioner made a representation on 11.03.2026, however, no alternate access has been provided. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

¶3The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2026 on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period. Page4 of 7

¶4Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 7.
