ORDER This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the sixth respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with the proceedings dated 05.01.2026 in Na.Ka.No.15616/K4/2025 issued by the first respondent and in compliance with the directions laid down by this Court in Periya Elayaraja Vs. The Director General of Police and 17 others in W.P.No.23993 of 2015 and consequently, to direct the respondents to implement the said proceedings within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. ¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the sixth respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
