O R D E R The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to furnish the information sought by her under Section 6 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, relating to the death of her son, Sathish Kumar Rajendran, on 16.05.2021 due to COVID-19.

¶2Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 has filed a memo dated 01.07.2026 stating that the amount payable has been settled and credited to the account of the nominee, Mrs. R. Kavitha.

¶3In view of the above, the information sought by the petitioner has been furnished. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.

¶4Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
