ORDER (Order of the Court was made by C.Kumarappan J.) The present writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2020 and to remove the encroachments and unauthorised construction constructed by the respondents 8 to 11 in S.No.59A of Siyathamman Nagar, Korattur.

¶2Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the respondents 8 to 11 are having patta in respect of their properties. However, constructions made thereon is partly unauthorised and the respondents 8 to 11 have exhausted the statutory remedy available under the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act upto the level of the Government. Therefore, it is incumbent upon the 4th and 5th respondents to remove such unauthorised constructions and to restore the building as per the building plan. The said enforcement action is directed to be completed as expeditious as possible.
