Order (Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) This review application has been filed to review the order passed in W.P.No.13016 of 2018. The relevant paragraph of the writ order dated

07.01.2020, sought to be reviewed, reads as under.

7.In view of the submission made by either side, this Court hereby directs respondents 1 to 5 to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and others.

8.It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on merits or demerits of the claim made by both sides.

9.With the above direction and observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, W.M.P. No.15295 of 2018 stands closed. No costs.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the final order has been passed in compliance with the directions issued by this Court. However, the petitioner raises other grounds on merits which cannot be adjudicated in a review proceedings.

¶3It is brought to the notice of this Court that another writ petition has been instituted. ,Therefore, the petitioner has to raise the merits in the said writ petition. However, the petitioner failed to establish the error apparent and therefore, the Review Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
