No.150 in Kolathur Village, formerly Perambur-Page3 of 5 Puraisawalkam Taluk , presently Kolathur Taluk, Chennai District, having Door No.8, Senthil Nagar First Main Road, Senthil Nagar, Kolathur Chennai-600 099, measuring an extent of 14,160 Sq.ft., or 32 Cents of land, unless otherwise by due process of law.

¶2Admittedly, Civil Suit has been instituted by the petitioner challenging the judgment and decree. An appeal suit has been instituted which is pending. That being the factum, writ petition seeking the relief in the nature of injunction is not maintainable. Therefore, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
