¶2This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for pre-arrest bail in respect of Barpeta P.S. Case No.248/2024, under Sections 379/411/413 of the Indian Penal Code.

¶3Police lodged an FIR alleging that a person called Taleb Ali and his gangs were involved in stealing remote radio units from the mobile towers. Accordingly, from the house of Taleb Ali, six remote radio units were recovered.

¶4Case diary revels that these two petitioners are also from the gang of Taleb Ali committing the offence of theft of different items.

¶5Under the given facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners Firuj Ali and Abdul Basit do not deserve to be given the privilege of anticipatory bail. Their bail application stands dismissed and disposed of accordingly. Return the case diary.
