After some hearing, the petitioner, who appears in person, seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition and impugn the order dated 18th November, 2015 passed by the competent authority. The petitioner states that while challenging the said order, he would also like to rely upon the averments made in paragraphs 4.26 and 4.52 to

4.57 of the OA No.2095/2014.

In view of the statement made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all contentions and issues including the contentions raised in the aforesaid paragraphs of OA No.2095/2014 if he is so advised while challenging the order dated 18th November, 2015. The petitioner still has period of limitation to file the OA. We clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on merits.
