¶1Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of order dated 03.11.2017.

¶2It is contended that because of a typographical error in the order, the Police Station of the subject FIR has been recorded as Police Station Mandawali, instead of Police Station Jagat Puri.

¶3Perusal of the FIR shows that the said is a typographical error.

¶4Accordingly, the order dated 03.11.2017 is modified and reference to Police Station 'Mandawali' shall be read as Police Station 'Jagat Puri'. Crl.M.C.4466/2017 Page 2

¶5The application is accordingly allowed in the above terms.

¶6The Registry is directed to upload today's order as a Corrigendum to order dated 03.11.2017.
