Judgment

O R D E R %

26.10.2016

¶1Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties and having perused the material available on record, we do not find any justifiable reason to interfere with the order under appeal.

¶2As rightly held by the learned Single Judge the dispute raised by the writ petitioner/appellant herein is a contractual dispute, which cannot be resolved in a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

¶3The appeal is accordingly dismissed. However, this shall not preclude the appellant to avail the other remedies available under law for redressal of its grievance. CHIEF JUSTICE SANGITA DHINGRA SEHGAL, J OCTOBER 26, 2016/'anb'
