Suit No. 197/2010 is a suit pending before the ADJ, North, Tis Hazari. Parties agree that in the interest of justice and to avoid conflicts in judgment, both the suit be consohdated and tried by the same judge. The suits are accordingly consolidated and the Suit No. 197/2010 which is pending before the Court of ADJ, North is transferred to the Court of ADJ, Central, Tis ^ Hazariwhere the SuitNo.175/2009is pending.The partiesare directed to appear before the District and Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari on

04.11.2011 on which date the Court shall transfer the file of Suit No. 197/2010 to the ADJ, Central, Tis Hazari who shall thereafter assign it to the Court where the Suit No. 175/2009 is pending.
