10.09.2010 File has been received from the Reg is try noting that the parties name and case number have been wrongly mentioned in the order dated 26th October, 2009. It is noted that on that day, another CM(M) No.1169/2008, titled 'Yoginder Singh Gahlot Vs. Suman Gahlot' was also listed for hearing and the said case after hearing was reserved for • orders. Final orders have been passed in the said petition on 13th August, 2010. It seems that a typographical mistake has crept in the order dated 26th October, 2009 because Registration Number in both the CM(M) was the same, except that this petition was registered CM(M) 1169!2009 in 2009 whereas CM(M) No. 1189/2008 was registered in 2008. This has resulted into wrong description of the parties to the petition. Order dated 26th October, 2009 is hereby modified and after modification, it be read:- "+ CM(M) 1169/2009 SMT.ROOPA & ANR. Through: None. SH.AZAD@ AJAY Through: None. HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE ARUNA SURESH o/o
