24.10.2011 The petitioner's wife Sonam @ Shahnaz is present in Court. She has been produced from Nirmal Chhaya. She has also brought along her infant child, who was born on 17.09.2011. The petitioner as well as Sonam@ Shahnaz stated that they got married on 29.10.2010 and they resided together as husband and wife till 03.10.2011 when at the instance of her father she was taken away and lodged at Nirmal Chhaya. We are not informed that the father is not interested in attending these proceedings. Sonam @ Shahnaz has stated before us that she is over 18 years of age and this is in conformity with the age mentioned in her certificate of marriage, which is at page 11 of the paper book. We have enquired from Sonam@ Shahnaz as to where she wants to reside and she has straightaway stated that she wants to reside with her husband Sonu Rathore (the petitioner herein), who is also present in Court. In view of the aforesaid, Sonam @ Shalmaz need not return to Nirmal Chhaya and she along with her infant child can join the company of her husband from the court premises itself.
