31.10.2011 The grievance of the Petitioner qua order dated 22nd September, 2011 is limited to the extent that it observes that the Accused No. 2 and 5 were exempted from appearance before the learned trial court through their counsels Sh. Rattan Kumar Singh and Mr. Nikhilesh Krishnan by the order of this Court.. It may be clarified that the order dated 18th March,20Il did not state that the Petitioners were exempted from appearance only through their counsels appearing before this Court. The order is clear that the Petitioners a.re exempted from appearing before the learned trial court through counsel who is authorized by the Petitioners. No fuither order is required to be passed in this petition. Petition is disposed of.
