Thapar is no longer at Tihar Jail and that he has been transferred to the District Jail, Rewari, Haryana. The Assistant Superintendent . of Central Jail No. 3, Tihar (Mr Amresh Goyal) is present in Court and it is on his instructions that Mr Pawan Sharma has made the above statement. The petitionerS . K. Thapar has been transferred from Tihar to Rewari this morning. In these circumstances, the remedy of the petitioner lies in following appropriate actions and/ or pursuing the pending applications before the District Court, Rewari. This writ petition stands disposed of.
