24.tti.201L Mr Pawan sharma appearing on behalf of the State submits that the report card in respect of Poonam @Faridawas sought to be verified from the concemed school, namely, Navjyoti Prirrrary Sclrool, Amar Colony, Near Jamuna Pusta, Delhi. However, the same could not be verified as the said school is no more and even the builcling has been demolished. Anyhow, Poonam @Faridahas positively asserted that she is definitely over 18 years of age and states that her younger sister is also in the range of 17-18 years who is a student of class XI' . we have heard the counsel for the parties and have also held a hearing in chambers. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parents of Poonam @ Farida states that her parents would have no diff,rculty and would go along with the decision taken by her. we have enquired from Poonam @Farida as to where she wants to reside and she has stated that she wants to reside with her husband' namely, Pawan (the petitioner herein). In view of the fact that the parents of Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. ( poonam @ Farida have no objection to this as also the fact that she is apparently over 18 years of age and has entered into matrimony of her own free will' we direct that it would not be necessary for Poonam @ Farida to retum to Nirmal chayaand she can leave the court premises along with her husband' The station House Officer of Police Station Narela be directed to ensuie that no untoward incident takes place insofar as the petitioner and his wife and their families are concerned.
