Respondents This application is filed by the petitioner praying inter alia for clarification of order dated 1.11.2011 wherein, the contempt petition was permitted to be withdrawn at the request of the petitioner while granting him to file an appropriate criminal contempt petition against the officers of respondents No.1 and 2. Learned cownsel for the petitioner states that the need to file the I present application has arisen on account of the fact that the petitioner i requires clarification from the Court as to whether permission under Section 15 stands granted to the petitioner to proceed to file a criminal contempt petition without seeking the permission from the Standing Counsel (Civil), Govt. of NCT of Delhi. I It is clear that while passing order dated 1.11.2011, this Court had only granted leave to the petitioner to follow the process as (' prescribed in law to file a criminal contempt petition. The application is disposed of. MARCH 06, 20i2 Sv/sk HIMA KOHLI, J
