ORDER 3r..10.20L1 Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for appointment of Arbitrator. Reply to the present petition has not been filed. Mr. Ajay Verma, learned counsel for the respondent, on instruction submits that respondent has no objection if the present petition is allowed. Accordingly, Justice Anil Dev Singh, former Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court, (Cell No.9810060203, Off. 2436848L Res. 269317L8) is appointed as Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon all disputes and differences including claims and counter claims arising between the parties. lt is agreed between the parties that fee of the Arbitrator shall be borne by the parties equally as per the schedule maintained by Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre. The Arbitrator shall give prior notice to the parties before commencing the proceedings. Petition stands disposed of. Let a copy of this order be sent directly to learned Arbitrator. o/o
