Copy of the settlement deed is placed on record at pages 16 to 18. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor points out that the FIRs cannot be quashed entirely but can be quashed only in so far as they relate to the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners agrees and states that even the prayers of the petitioners are confinedto only quashingof the FIR quathe petitioner.
