¶1The report has been filed by the Local Commissioner.

¶2It is pointed out that child was interacted with and on being asked, she stated that she had left her house on 10.02.2024 on her own will and she now wishes to meet her mother and stay with her.

¶3The statement of the child was recorded by the learned Local Commissioner in the presence of the In-Charge, CCI Rescue Foundation Delhi. The victim is stated to be 17 years of age.

¶4The victim has stated that she wants to stay in family environment.

¶5Considering the above, the Child Welfare Committee is directed to handover the custody of the minor child to the This is a digitally signed order. petitioner.

¶6This Court records appreciation for the efforts put in by the learned Local Commissioner who agreed to execute the Commission pro-bono considering the nature of the dispute.
