02.11.2017 By this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner has prayed for expeditious investigation in FIR No. 240/12 under Sections 384/511/120B IPC registered at Police Station Crime Branch, New Delhi, on the complaint of petitioner. During the course of hearing, it is revealed that investigating agency had filed a charge-sheet after completing the investigation. However, learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate

(CMM) ordered for further investigation. Accordingly, investigations are still pending. It is noted that learned CMM is ceased of the matter and is monitoring the investigation. Accordingly, I do not find any justification to entertain the present petition. Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
