¶1The parties have settled their disputes. An affidavit of Sh.S.C.Barjatya has been taken on record. His undertaking on oath has been recorded separately. A sum of Rs.1 lakh has been paid to Ms.Reeta Saim. The petitioner shall be bound by his undertaking. A sum of Rs.5.50 lakhs already deposited with Registrar General of this Court shall stand released to Ms.Reeta Saim, respondent No.2 forthwith.
