31.10.2011 This is a petition for quashing of FIR No. 271/2009 under Sections 307/325/506/34 IPC registered at PS Narela, Delhi. ·The complainants/Respondent Nos. 2 to 8 are present in person and are identified by the learned counsel and the Investigating Officer. They state that they have settled the matter and in view of the settlement between the parties, they do not want to pursue the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. W.P.(CRL) 844/2011 page I of2 J Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. In view of the fact that the parties have amicably resolved their differences of their own free will, volition and without any coercion and no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings, rather the same would create further acrimony between them, it would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. Consequently, 27112009 under Sections 307/325/506/34 IPC registered at PS Narela, Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed.
