04.11.2011 Learned APP for the State informs that the ossification test has been conducted and as per the ossification test the age of the Petitioner No. t has been opined to be above 18 years and below 20 years. In view of this fact the Respondent No. 5 is directed not to interfere in the huppy manied peaceful life of the Petitioners. Since the Petitioners are living in Greater Noida, no protection can be provided by the Delhi Police. In case the Petitioners live at Kapasera, Delhi they will get in touch with the SHO, PS Kapasera, give their address where they are residing, whereupon the SHO, PS Kapasera, will weigh the threat perception and ensure the protection of the Petitioners and in case any specific complaint is received take action thereon in accordance with law.
