¶1The present writ petition seeks directions to the respondents to stop the illegal and unauthorized construction at property bearing No. 29-D/4, in Ward No. 1, in Khasra No. 1151/3 Min (Old Khasra No. This is a digitally signed order. 2572/2075/2024/1666/8), situated in Abadi of Lal Dora of Village Mehrauli, Tehsil Hauz Khas (Mehrauli), New Delhi.

¶2Learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") submits that Status Report has been filed on behalf of the MCD, wherein, it is clearly stated that Demolition Order already stands passed against the unauthorized construction existing in the subject property and that part demolition action has also been taken.

¶3Accordingly, the MCD is held bound to take requisite action against the unauthorized construction existing in the subject property, in accordance with law.

¶4The status of the action taken by the MCD against the property in question shall be duly uploaded on the website of the Special Task Force ("STF").

¶5The STF is directed to ensure that requisite action is taken by the MCD, against the unauthorized construction existing in the subject property.
