26.08.2011 in terms whereof on a challenge laid by the DDA to the orders· passed by this Court on the Review Petition No.81/2010, the DDA has withdrawn the review petition and other miscellaneous applications. The result of the aforesaid is that the review petition thus does not survive for consideration and is disposed of. The contempt case No.183/2011 also thus does not survive.
