¶1This is an application preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 151 CPC seeking withdrawal of the writ petition on the ground of a settlement having been reached between the Petitioner and Respondent No.1/Apex Public School. Settlement agreement dated 22.10.2024 incorporating the terms of settlement has been filed along with the application.

¶2Issue notice.

¶3Learned counsels, as above, accept notice on behalf of the Respondents.

¶4From the settlement agreement dated 22.10.2024, it is evident that the School has agreed to pay salary to the Petitioner as per recommendations of W.P.(C) 6924/2024

This is a digitally signed order. 7th CPC along with other benefits. In view of this settlement, Petitioner who is present in person seeks to withdraw the writ petition and states that the settlement has been arrived at out of his own freewill.

¶5Accordingly, the application is allowed permitting the Petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. W.P.(C) 6924/2024

¶6In view of the order passed in CM APPL. 65455/2024, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn recording the statement made by the Petitioner. Photocopy of the identity card of the Petitioner has been taken on record.

¶7Date of 23.01.2025 stands cancelled.
