31.01.2008 of learned ASJ whereby the revision petition of the petitioner against order dated 28.12.2007 ofSDM was dismissed. Vide order dated 28.12.2007, the SDM had ordered that the property in dispute be attached till the final outcome of the cases pending with respect to this property. Said order was challenged in revision before the ASJ which came to be dismissed vide the impugned order dated 31.01.2008. Though, the petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 Cr. P.C., but it amounted to second revision against the order of SDM which is not permissible. The petition is not maintainable and is hereby dismissed. M.L.
