¶2Learned Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that issues were considered by Government of Puducherry and an order was passed by the Government of Puducherry on

17.07.2023.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Court has directed to resolve the issues. Therefore, the said order cannot be treated as compliance.

¶4The interpretation offered on behalf of the petitioners is unacceptable, in view of the fact that this Court directed the respondents to consider the Page6 of 8 issues and take a decision as expeditiously as possible in order to resolve the issues.

¶5Government has considered the issues, and if the order passed by Government is not favourable to the petitioners, they have to challenge the said order in the manner known to law.
