In the result, the marriage between the petitioners that was registered on 04.07.2015 in the office of the registrar of Marriages, Byatarayanaputa, Bengaluru vide marriage No.BYP-HM228-2015-16 and stored in CD.No.BYPM27 is hereby conceled.

The mediation settlement agreement shall form part of the decree.

In addition to the terms and conditions of the mediation settlement and conditions of the mediation settlement agreement, the 1st petitioner-father is at liberty to visit the minor child Master.Ahaan Ullegaddi whenever he wishes with intimation to the 2nd petitioner-mother convenient to the minor child without disturbing his academics."
