¶1Heard on I.A. No.1/2026, an application for condonation of delay in filing the instant MCC.

¶2On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 32 days in filing the MCC is hereby condoned.

¶3This MCC has been filed for restoration of F.A. No. 168/2025 which was dismissed on account of peremptory order passed by this Court on 08/04/2026.

¶4The present MCC is not opposed by learned counsel for the Respondent.

¶5On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and F.A. No. 168/2025 is directed to be restored to its original number.
