¶2Be registered. By way of these petitions, the petitioners are seeking review of the judgments in issue, on the ground that the same were passed by the Court on the basis of the judgment passed in CWP No.2108 of 2023, titled Bhagat Ram Versus HRTC and others, decided on 31.05.2023, which judgment has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, with further direction that the Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? writ filed by Bhagat Ram has been ordered to be revived to be heard on merit.

¶3As this factual position could not be disputed by the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents, these review petitions are allowed, as prayed for. The judgments in issue are re-called, the writ petitions are ordered to be revived to their original number and the same are ordered to be listed along with CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled Madhu Deshta Versus State of H.P. & others, before the appropriate Bench at the pleasure of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.

¶4The petitions stand disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
