[3]

After perusal of the record, it has been seen that the petitioner herein submitted representation dated 11.03.2025 in the form of email addressing the concerned respondent(s) and lastly on

15.03.2025, the petitioner sent another email addressed to the respondent Nos. 3 and 4, ventilating his grievances but all his attempts still pending with them. [4]

Since the respondents have not decided the matter the present writ petition is filed. [5]

In view of the pendency of the representations dated

11.03.2025 and 15.03.2025 before the respondents, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this present writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent(s) to consider the representations within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and communicate the result to the petitioner. Since it is a policy matter, this Court is not inclined to interfere and pass any order on merits and this Court also feels that the ends of justice would be met if the concerned representations are decided by the respondents in accordance with law. [6]

With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
