Judgment

O R D E R 24-10-2024

Heard Mr. P. Tomcha, the petitioner appearing in person and Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appearing for the respondents.

At the outset, Mr. P. Tomcha, the petitioner appearing in person submitted that the present writ petition has been filed with the prayer for directing the Registrar of Societies, Government of Manipur, to consider the representations dated 03-06-2024 (at Annexure-A.10), dated 25-06-2024 (at Annexure-A/12) and dated 04-07-2024 (at Annexure-A/15) submitted by the members of the petitioner Association on its own merit and strictly in terms of the applicable act and rules and to dispose of the same by issuing a speaking order within a stipulated period. The petitioner further submitted that all the stakeholders including the signatories to the said representations or any of their representatives be heard at the time of considering the said representations.

Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that as the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner confines to the consideration of the representations submitted by the members of the petitioner association, he has no objection in disposing of the present writ petition as prayed for by the petitioner.
