Annamalai v. The Government of Tamilnadu

O R D E R The present writ petition has been filed by a member of the fourth respondent Society seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent to invoke Section 34-A of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975, and to appoint a Special Officer to the fourth respondent Society.

¶2Based on various allegations, the petitioner, who is a member of the said Society, has sent a representation to the first respondent on 15.12.2025. The same has not been considered so far. Therefore, the present writ petition has been filed.

¶3Without going to the merits of the allegations of the writ petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner after giving due opportunity to all the interested parties and pass orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶4With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
