¶2It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with other accused was found in illegal possession of a total quantity of 2.100 kilograms of ganja. Hence, the case.
¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner has been in judicial custody since 16.06.2026 and that the contraband recovered from the petitioner is of intermediate quantity. He also submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for the grant of bail.
