ORDER This writ petition (criminal) has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 5 police to take action based on the petitioner's complaints dated 20.03.2026 and 09.04.2026, and to provide sufficient police protection for the purpose of preventing the illegal trespass by the sixth respondent and his agents into the petitioner's property situated at Nathapalayam, Mulanur, Dharapuram Taluk.

¶2Without expressing anything on the merit of the writ petition, the complaint lodged by the petitioner seeking police protection is pending on the Page3 of 5 file of the fifth respondent and as such the fifth respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the sixth respondent and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner and the sixth respondents are at liberty to produce the pendency of the civil suits before the fifth respondent.

¶3The fifth respondent is directed to bear in mind about the civil suits already pending between the petitioner and the sixth respondent herein in respect of the very same property.
