¶2This matter was listed on 10/7/2026. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner undertook to file translated copy of the documents, the same has not been filed. As a last chance, the matter was adjourned to 7/8/2026.

¶3Even today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not filed the translated copies. Hence this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Without the translated copies, this Court cannot proceed to adjudicate the issues raised in the writ petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
